Venezuelan Man Accused Of Physically Mistreating Teen Was Paroled

A man accused of physically mistreating a teenage girl in Virginia was recently identified as an illegal immigrant from Venezuela who was “paroled” into America by the Biden administration, given its lax border policies.

The latest illegal immigrant involved in high-profile crimes is 31-year-old Renzo Josue Mendoza Montes, who was allowed into the U.S. because President Joe Biden refused to secure the border.

Mendoza was recently arrested in Campbell County on charges of carnal knowledge of a child between 13 and 14 years of age.

“An immigration detainer has been lodged against Mendoza with the Blue Ridge Regional Jail Authority,” a spokesperson for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), James Covington, said.

ICE officials said Mendoza was first seen trying to enter America in May 2023, but the Trump-era Title 42 expulsion policy had been in place. As a result, the 31-year-old was pushed back into Mexico.

Mendoza continued his journey into the U.S. on Sept. 2, 2023, appearing at an official border crossing, following an invitation by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to Venezuelans and other foreign nationals, granting them parole if they agree not to jump the border.

The 31-year-old illegal immigrant was given an immigration court summons and eventually paroled, with a court appearance scheduled 18 months after his entrance into America.

Mendoza’s criminal arrest comes after another Venezuelan unlawful migrant, who was paroled under the Biden administration, is accused of murdering a nursing student in Georgia.

ICE also confirmed that a man accused of killing a toddler in Maryland had entered the country illegally. In 2022, Nilson Noel Trejo-Granados was ordered to be deported from the U.S. by an immigration judge. Despite this, he has remained in the country despite being arrested twice in Montgomery County, Maryland, according to The Washington Times.

The agency has also confirmed that the man accused of recently shooting and wounding three officers in Michigan is an illegal immigrant.

Under Biden, illegal immigration has soared to unprecedented levels, jeopardizing the lives of Americans. The president’s refusal to secure the southern border has paved the way for notorious cartels to import fentanyl into the country, killing over 100,000 Americans.
