Trump Rebukes Biden Over ‘Transgender Day Of Visibility’ Proclamation

Days after President Joe Biden proclaimed that Easter was “Transgender Visibility Day,” former President Donald Trump said election day in November 2024 will be “Christian Visibility Day.”

During a political rally in Wisconsin, the former president rebuked Biden for ignoring the meaning of Easter and instead pushing the far-left’s gender ideology. While speaking to supporters, Trump said he would win the state’s GOP primary “in a landslide that will be in a few hours.”

“And November 5th, we are going to win this state, we’re going to win the White House, and we are going to save our country,” the former president added. “We’re going to save our country. And what the hell was Biden thinking when he declared Easter Sunday to be Trans Visibility Day?”

The former president said Biden’s comments on Easter were disrespectful to Christians. Trump added that Nov. 5, 2024, would be declared “Christian Visibility Day.”

“Such total disrespect to Christians,” he said. “And November 5th is going to be called something else. Do you know what it’s going to be called? Christian Visibility Day. When Christians turn out in numbers that nobody has ever seen before. Let’s call it Christian Visibility Day. All right?”

After the White House released a statement proclaiming that Easter was “Transgender Visibility Day,” Biden told reporters that he never said as such.

The president’s claim comes as he faces backlash from the Christian community for his comments on Easter Day and for posting pro-LGBT content on social media.

“Today, on Transgender Day of Visibility, I have a simple message to all trans Americans: I see you,” Biden wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. “You are made in the image of God, and you’re worthy of respect and dignity.”

During the White House Easter Egg Roll, a reporter asked the president about his proclamation.

“Mr. President, what does Easter mean to you, sir?” the reporter asked. “Sir, what does Easter mean to you?”

In response, Biden, who claims to be a “devout Catholic, said, “Time for forgiveness and people getting together and a little bit of love and no phoniness. Be straight with people.”
